2. What data we process

We process the data you provide in the contact form: your name, optionally your company name, e-mail address and the content of your message. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to respond to your inquiry.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • handling your inquiry and replying to you - based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • taking steps prior to entering into a contract - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
  • establishing, pursuing or defending claims - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Retention period

We keep your data for the time necessary to handle your inquiry and then for the period of limitation of any claims. Where the basis is consent - until it is withdrawn.

5. Recipients of the data

Data may be entrusted to entities providing technical services to us:

  • hosting and infrastructure provider (Vercel Inc.);
  • e-mail delivery provider (Resend, Inc.).

These entities may process data outside the European Economic Area - in such cases on the basis of appropriate safeguards, in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland.

7. Cookies and statistics

The site uses an analytics tool that measures traffic in an anonymized way, without cookies used for marketing purposes.
